1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Offload — ADHD Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Offload turns a raw note into a clean task list with deadlines, categories, and priorities. No account or registration is required.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Offload only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Generated Content

Responses are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. Offload does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Offload name, logo, and design are proprietary. Generated task output is yours to use personally.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offload shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Offload offers two optional auto-renewing subscription plans: Monthly and Yearly. The current price for each plan, in your local currency, is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.

Eligible new subscribers to the Yearly plan may receive a 3-day introductory free trial. Apple determines eligibility. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Yearly subscription starts automatically and is billed at the price shown in the app. The Monthly plan does not include a free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.

Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings, including from Manage Subscription in the app's Settings, in line with Apple's subscription terms.

The free tier of the iPhone app includes 2 completed brain dumps before the paywall.

Offload previously offered a one-time Lifetime purchase. Customers who bought Lifetime keep permanent access; it does not renew, and it can be restored at any time with Restore Purchases in the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
