Offload — ADHD Organizer helps you get messy thoughts out of your head, review the extracted tasks, and send them to Apple Reminders. This page is the public support path for setup questions, billing help, privacy concerns, and bug reports.

Support is handled by email on a best-effort basis. We read every message, but we do not offer a guaranteed response SLA.
Getting started
- No account is required to use the core workflow.
- You can start with voice or text brain-dump capture.
- The review step lets you edit or delete tasks before they are sent anywhere.
Apple Reminders permissions
Offload asks for Reminders access only when you try to send approved tasks to Apple Reminders.
If the handoff does not work, check your iPhone's Reminders permission settings, then try the send flow again.
Subscriptions and restore purchases
Offload starts with 3 free dumps. The current public pricing model offers Premium for unlimited use after that.
If Apple already charged you and Premium is not unlocked, use Restore Purchases inside the app and try again.
Privacy questions
Offload does not require a personal account.
Analytics do not include raw brain-dump text, extracted task titles, reminder content, or reminder list names.

Troubleshooting
- If AI extraction fails, retry when your connection is stable.
- If voice capture is unavailable, check microphone access in iPhone settings.
- If reminders are not appearing where expected, confirm the selected reminder list in the app before sending again.
Bug reports and feature requests
When you email support, include your device type, iOS version, app version if known, and a short description of what happened.
Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual or tied to a specific step in the flow.
Feature requests are welcome, but Offload stays intentionally narrow: brain dump in, clean task list out, Apple Reminders handoff.
